Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries. Address customer feedback and concerns with empathy and professionalism. Keep accurate records of customer interactions using our customer support software.

Required skills and qualifications



2+ years of experience in a customer support or related role, Bachelor's degree or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for streamlined customer interactions. Analytical skills for monitoring and analysing customer data and feedback
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
