We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused

Customer Support Executive

to join our team in

Vijayawada

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls from existing clients, resolving their queries related to

Tally Accounting Software

, and making outbound calls to potential customers to generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer calls and provide accurate information or assistance related to Tally Software services. Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce services and generate leads. Maintain a record of customer interactions, inquiries, feedback, and complaints. Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution and follow-up with customers. Educate customers on Tally features, updates, and best practices. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Contribute to achieving monthly sales and service targets.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills in

Telugu and English

. Basic knowledge of

Tally Accounting Software

is preferred. Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Good listening skills and a polite, professional manner.

Qualifications:

Any Graduate (Commerce background preferred). Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service or telesales will be an added advantage. Freshers with good communication skills and interest in accounting software may also apply.

Salary:

?10,000 to ?12,000 per month (based on experience) + Incentives

Working Hours:

10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
