Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent
spoken English
with a clear, neutral accent (UK shift experience preferred).
Prior experience in
BPO, Sales, Customer Support, or International Calling
(UK process is an added advantage).
Strong
communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

Target-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge and experience working with
CRM systems

Minimum qualification:
12th Pass / Graduate preferred
