Sales Executive / Customer Care Executive
for our
UK Broadband Process
. The role involves assisting UK customers with broadband service inquiries, resolving connection issues, and promoting broadband plans or upgrades. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and the ability to convert customer interactions into sales opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support (Broadband Services)
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to broadband plans, billing, installation, and technical queries.
Assist customers with troubleshooting basic broadband connectivity issues.
Provide accurate information about broadband packages, speeds, and available upgrades.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Sales & Upselling
Promote suitable broadband plans based on customer needs.
Convert customer inquiries into successful sales or plan upgrades.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales quality standards.
Follow up on potential leads and ensure timely conversion.
Process Compliance
Adhere to UK telecom/broadband process guidelines and policies.
Maintain customer records, call logs, and CRM updates.
Ensure data privacy and compliance with international standards.
Meet weekly/monthly KPIs for call quality, productivity, and sales.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent (UK process experience preferred).
Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in
BPO, broadband, or telecom sales/support
(preferred but not mandatory).
Strong persuasion, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle technical queries related to broadband basics.
