Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction & Support
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for the UK region.
Understand customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Sales & Conversion
Identify customer needs and promote relevant products/services.
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance milestones.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
Maintain detailed records of calls and sales interactions.
Process & Compliance
Follow UK process guidelines and company policies.
Ensure all customer information is handled securely and confidentially.
Maintain call quality standards and adhere to scripts when required.
Collaborate with team members to meet overall performance goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent spoken English with a clear and neutral accent (UK shift experience preferred).
Prior experience in
BPO, sales, or customer support
(UK/International process is an added advantage).
Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle pressure and work towards targets.
Good computer skills and ability to work with CRM tools.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
