We are seeking energetic and target-driven individuals to join our UK Outbound Sales team. The role involves contacting potential UK customers, understanding their requirements, and offering suitable services to achieve set sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and prior experience in outbound international sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to UK-based prospects and existing customers.
Pitch company products/services persuasively and convert leads into sales.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inbound inquiries.
Maintain a high conversion rate while ensuring quality customer interactions.
Update CRM / call logs accurately with call outcomes and customer details.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Handle objections effectively and maintain a positive relationship with clients.
Ensure compliance with company sales policies and UK regulatory guidelines.
Participate in team meetings, sales training sessions, and performance reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in English (UK accent preferred).
Prior experience in UK outbound sales / telesales / BPO (1-3 years preferred).
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
