BizzBuzz Creations is a fast-growing BPO specializing in providing high-quality lead generation and customer engagement services for international clients. We work with some of the leading UK-based companies, helping them connect with customers through professional and ethical outbound communication.

Role: International Voice Process - UK Shift

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals with

excellent English communication skills

to join our UK campaign team. This role involves engaging with UK customers over the phone, building rapport, and generating interest in our client's services.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to UK customers as part of our lead generation campaigns. Engage in professional conversations and build trust with customers.Collect and verify customer details with accuracy.

Maintain daily productivity and quality standards.

Follow compliance guidelines during all interactions.Skills & Requirements

Excellent spoken English

with a neutral or UK-friendly accent. Strong listening and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in

International BPO / Voice Process

preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work in

UK shifts (afternoon to late evening IST)

. Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools.
