Job Description

Position: Customer Care Executive

Qualification: Any graduate
Job Location: Kochi, Panampally Nagar

Experience: Builders and Developers industry experience is a must

Profile: Post Sale Documentation support

Responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving queries, providing support to enhance customer satisfaction etc

Language Skill: Good communication in English and Malayalam

Salary: 15000-25000

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9.00am to 5.30 pm
