We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our team as a
Customer Care Executive
(Min 02 Languages)
. The role involves managing customer interactions, generating leads, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to customer service inquiries and sales leads.
Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Manage a high volume of calls, including complaint resolution, with professionalism and efficiency.
Generate sales leads from databases provided by the concerned department.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools.
Achieve team sales targets and call-handling quotas in a target-oriented environment.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and manage documentation.
Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies consistently.
Demonstrate proven customer support experience or prior experience as a client service representative.
Requirements:
Minimum graduate degree with
2-5 years of experience
in customer care, preferably in Sales or Health Care processes.
Familiarity with CRM systems and technical knowledge for data updating and management.
Strong customer orientation with the ability to adapt and respond to diverse customer needs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in voice-based processes.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in
Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada & Bengali
; knowledge of
multiple languages will be considered an advantage.
Candidates willing to work-from-office position are preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
