We are looking for a passionate Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will handle voice and email support, resolve customer queries efficiently, and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction. Basic knowledge of digital marketing/SEO is an added advantage, as you may assist with social media responses and online engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally.
Respond to emails with excellent drafting and etiquette.
Ensure high customer satisfaction with clear, polite communication.
Assist with basic social media comments/messages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Maintain accurate CRM records.
Provide feedback on recurring issues and generate reports as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.
Prior customer support (voice/email) experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing & SEO is a plus.
Strong problem-solving attitude & customer-first mindset.
Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools.
