Job Description

KRA:

Handle customer queries via

calls, chats, and emails

for Thomson, Kodak & Blaupunkt. Ensure

quick and accurate responses

within defined timelines (TAT).

Resolve and close cases

by coordinating with service partners and backend teams.

Log and update

all customer interactions correctly in CRM/system.

Escalate critical or unresolved issues

to Team Lead promptly. Maintain

high customer satisfaction

through polite and professional communication.
SKILLS:

Excellent

verbal and written communication

skills Strong

customer handling and problem-solving

ability

Typing proficiency

and good command over email/chat etiquette

Patience and empathy

while dealing with customers

Basic technical understanding

of TV / electronic products (Thomson, Kodak, Blaupunkt)

Multitasking and time management

CRM tools

and MS Office (Excel, Outlook)

Team coordination

and follow-up skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
