Customer Care Executive - Engish



Job Role:


To handle client communication, maintain strong relationships, and support the sales team by converting inquiries into active clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain digital marketing services. Handle inbound client queries through phone, email, or chat. Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to ensure smooth conversion. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal digital marketing teams. Maintain records of client interactions, leads, and feedback. Assist in upselling and cross-selling relevant services. Ensure high client satisfaction and quick issue resolution.

Skills Required:



Good English communication skills (verbal & written). Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Ads). Ability to convince and convert clients. Telephone etiquette and polite communication. Time management and organizational skills.

Educational Qualification:



Any graduate or equivalent.

Experience:



0-2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
