Maintain customer records and update step-by-step responses in databases with relevant information.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
Qualification :
Graduate or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer care, customer support, or Tele-calling role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues effectively.
