What will the person work on: [JOB RESPONSIBILITIES] Data Analysis and Reporting: . Gather, analyze, and interpret data to generate reports, dashboards, and metrics. . Prepare and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders and management. . Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and provide insights and recommendations. . Develop and maintain standardized reporting templates and processes. . Continuously improve data collection methods and reporting mechanisms. Administrative Support: . Maintain records and files, both physical and electronic, ensuring organization and accessibility for the reports and Channel partner agreements. . Assist in preparing presentations, documents, and spreadsheets. . Assisting in Admin related tasks. . Support Contract team in dispatching the Contract (AMC/CMC) Invoice to customer and keep track of it. Communication and Coordination: . Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding information systems and administrative matters. . Collaborate with different departments to gather information and ensure timely and accurate reporting. . Foster effective communication and teamwork among team members and departments. Process Improvement: . Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and productivity. . Streamline administrative procedures and develop best practices. . Participate in system enhancement projects and provide input on requirements and user experience. . Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in information systems and administrative practices. What are we looking for in the person [REQUIREMENTS] . Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience . Proven experience in managing information systems and providing administrative support. . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data. . Proficiency in database management, data analysis, and reporting tools. . Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). . Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. . Strong attention to detail and accuracy. . Effective communication and interpersonal skills. . Ability to work independently and as part of a team. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: . Power Bi . SAP . SFDC .
