Job Title - Customer care Coordinator.
This role is responsible for effective supporting and managing UK and NL customer orders, including timely and accurate entry and processing of all orders received. Accountable for contract set-up for dealers, warranty management, and sharing accurate reports with stakeholders.
This role requires deeper knowledge and understanding of supply chain activities to solve problems and escalations.

• Entering and validating customer orders on EOS and syteline systems.
• Verify order details for accuracy, including product selection, pricing, and delivery details.
• Respond to inquiries regarding order status, delivery timelines, and product availability.
• Handle order changes, cancellations, and special requests.
• Manage contracts and services in accordance with company policies.
• Analyze the contract details and process it accurately.
• Process and manage warranty claims.
• Analyzing the claim data and determining validity and eligibility.
• Able to complete reports on time.
• Able to complete order & contract management within the turnaround time.
• Create and maintain SOP.

Skills and requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field with 4 to 5 years of experience.
• 2 to 4 years of experience as customer care coordinator.

• Great interpersonal skills with an ability to build stakeholder relationships, and manage escalations, conflicts, and disputes while preserving relationships.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• MS Excel -Advanced skill level.
• Quick learning ability and working independently.
• The ability to work under pressure, manage time, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position with or without supervision.
• Able to maintain consistent performance and ensure quality of deliverables.
• This role will work in the UK shift (12 pm to - 9 pm).
