Customer Service Advisor

international clients

voice / chat or email

Respond to customer queries through calls, chat, or email in a clear and professional manner. Deliver prompt resolutions with empathy and accuracy. Update system records and follow standard customer handling protocols. Collaborate with the support team to maintain
