: We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Customer Care Associate - Weekender to join our team at Shoppers Stop. This position will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while assisting in tasks such as greeting customers, stocking shelves, and answering questions about products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for passionate customer service professionals who have flexibility in their weekend schedules. This position requires weekend availability. Primary responsibility will be to provide customers with an enjoyable shopping experience. The successful candidate should possess a friendly and customer-focused attitude and have the ability to handle multiple customer service needs simultaneously. Additional responsibilities include organizing store floor, restocking shelves, maintaining visual appearance of product displays, and other customer service tasks. Candidates should have the ability to stand on their feet and remain active for an entire shift. He or she should also have basic computer knowledge and the capability to quickly learn new software programs, as needed. Previous retail experience is preferred but not required. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints with empathy, professionalism, and accuracy. . Utilize existing customer service knowledge and resources to resolve customer issues in a timely manner. . Collect customer feedback and make recommendations for service improvements. . Assist customers with purchases and checkouts. . Record customer interactions and details of inquiries, comments, and complaints. . Maintain an organized and accessible filing system for customer records and documents. . Remain up-to-date on products and services offered by the company. . Ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are logged and handled in a timely and efficient manner. . Assist other customer service representatives when needed. . Perform weekend shifts.
