We are seeking an experienced customer support associates (
Tele Caller)
with a minimum of
3 years of relevant experience
and strong
Advanced Excel skills
. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer communication, lead generation, follow-ups, and preparing MIS reports. The role demands excellent communication skills, data accuracy, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers for lead generation, sales support, and follow-ups.
Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries in a professional manner.
Explain company products/services clearly and confidently.
Maintain accurate call logs, customer data, and follow-up records in
Excel
.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly
MIS reports using Advanced Excel
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, charts).
Track leads, conversion status, and performance metrics.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead closure.
Ensure adherence to calling scripts, quality standards, and company policies.
Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company data.
Required Skills & Competencies
MBA qualification
(Marketing / Sales / Operations preferred).
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Advanced Excel proficiency
(MIS, data analysis, reporting).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in B2B / B2C telecalling or sales support roles.
Result-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-based environment.
Immediate or short notice period candidates preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
