Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Care & Social Media Associate to manage client interactions and feedback, assist with exchanges and returns, and support basic content posting and engagement on social platforms. This person will also be responsible for coordinating with the customer care executive for payments and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Support:
- Monitor and respond to customer queries across WhatsApp, Instagram, and email
- Handle exchange and return requests, coordinate with the Ops team for resolution
- Collect and maintain customer feedback logs
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled with warmth, speed, and professionalism
Customer Care Executive Oversight:
- Track hours and output of the outsourced customer care executive
- Coordinate and release timely payments for the executive
- Maintain records of chats handled, escalations resolved, and performance reviews
Social Media Support:
- Post basic content (stories, product reposts, testimonials) as per calendar
- Engage with comments and DMs across platforms
- Flag interesting customer stories or experiences for marketing
- Collaborate with design/marketing teams for any creative requirements
Reporting & Communication:
- Maintain a simple CRM or tracker of all queries, complaints, and resolutions
- Share weekly summaries with the founder/marketing lead on customer sentiment
- Suggest improvements to FAQs, auto-replies, and website UX based on queries received
Ideal Candidate
- 1-3 years in customer support, community management, or social media roles
- Fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken)
- Patient, detail-oriented, and passionate about customer happiness
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and Google Sheets
- Prior experience with fashion, beauty, or D2C e-commerce brands is a bonus
