Key Responsibilities
Manage customer interactions through calls, emails, and chats.

Requirements
Graduate/Undergraduate with
excellent English communication skills

0-2 years of experience in customer service (voice/email/chat) preferred.
Good typing speed and knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in UK & US shifts (rotational).
