to support our

that includes handling calls, emails, and chats. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, and flexibility to work in

UK & US shift timings

.

Key Responsibilities



Manage customer interactions through calls, emails, and chats. Provide accurate information about products and services. Record and update customer details in the CRM system. Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for quick resolution. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and meet service quality standards.

Requirements



Graduate/Undergraduate with

excellent English communication skills

. 0-2 years of experience in customer service (voice/email/chat) preferred. Good typing speed and knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools. Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work in UK & US shifts (rotational).
