Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats for UK-based customers
Resolve product or service-related queries in a professional and timely manner

Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and quality standards
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Ability to work in
UK shifts with monthly rotational schedule
Prior customer support/BPO experience is an advantage (freshers welcome)
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of customer service tools and CRM systems preferred
