Job Role:



Handling customer support through

Chat, Email & Voice (calls)

Resolving queries related to

E-commerce platforms (Myntra, Meesho, Teleperformance, BPO exposure preferred)

Ensuring customer satisfaction with prompt and accurate responses

Work Details:



Working Days:

6 days a week (weekly rotational off, not on Sunday)

Shift Timing:

7 AM - 9 PM (9 hours working as per weekly roster)

Languages Required:

English + Kannada + (Tamil / Telugu) - 4 openings English + Hindi + (Bengali / Marathi) - 4 openings
