To deliver excellent customer service by assisting shoppers, responding to queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the store's sales and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products as per their needs.
Provide detailed information on products, promotions, sizes, and styling.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
Ensure accurate billing and handle cash/credit card transactions at the POS counter.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
Support stock management - receiving, replenishment, and maintaining inventory levels.
Educate customers about loyalty programs, exchange policies, and ongoing promotions.
Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and operational procedures.
Ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience for every customer.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-first attitude with problem-solving ability.
Good product knowledge and fashion sense.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
Basic computer and POS knowledge.

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
0-2 years of experience in retail / customer service (fashion retail preferred).
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
