Job Description

The Customer Care Associate is the face of the store, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction, drive sales, and support overall store operations. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities

:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints efficiently and politely Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges using the POS system Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandise displays Support inventory management activities such as stock replenishment and tagging Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors or relevant departments Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?13,000.00 per month
