Profile - CCA (Customer Care Associate)
Location: Secunderabad(Hyderabad)
Experience - Minimum 1 year
CTC - Upto 4 LPA
Graduation MandatoryKey Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

*Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.

Handle customer objections and resolve queries effectively.
