Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat regarding product inquiries, troubleshooting, warranty claims, and feedback. Resolve customer issues efficiently, adhering to company-defined service protocols. Maintain accurate records of interactions and escalate handling when needed. Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., service, logistics, retail) for seamless issue resolution. Analyze recurring customer issues and suggest process optimizations. Contribute to team goals by meeting individual performance metrics (e.g., response time, resolution rate). Qualifications & Skills: Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree Fresher Excellent communication skills in English (additional regional languages a plus). Strong problem-solving and listening abilities, with empathy and patience. Basic computer literacy--familiarity with MS Office and customer service tools. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic workflows. Team player with attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
