About the role:

Seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Associate. You

will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction by handling incoming and

outgoing calls, live chats, email queries and social media interactions. If you have a passion for customer

satisfaction and possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and empathy, we want to

hear from you!

Responsibilities:

? Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and providing accurate information

about our products, services, and policies.

? Make outbound calls to follow up with customers regarding their orders, delivery updates, and addressing any

additional queries or issues.

? Engage in live chat conversations with customers on our website, providing real- time assistance, answering

questions, and resolving concerns promptly and efficiently.

? Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, ensuring timely of querries

? Manage and respond to customer comments on social media platforms, maintaining a positive brand image and

providing excellent customer service.

? Maintain a thorough understanding of our product line, features and benefits to address customer needs

effectively and provide appropriate recommendations.

? Demonstrate empathy, patience and understanding when dealing with customer complaints or difficult situations,

striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, sales and

Marketing to ensure seamless customer experiences and provide feedback on customer trends and pain points.

Requirements:

? Patience and empathy: Ability to remain calm, patient and empathetic while

addressing customer concerns or complaints, and willingness to resolve issues

? Excellent communication skills: Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, with the

ability to adapt communication style to suit different customer preferences.

? Multitasking abilities: Capacity to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously across various

channels while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

? Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential. Knowledge of regional languages is a plus.

? Familiarity with customer support software and tools is preferred.

Timing: 10 AM to 6 PM

Work week: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)
