Handle billing, exchanges, returns, and customer queries efficiently.
Maintain store cleanliness, product display standards, and stock arrangement.
Support the store team in meeting sales and service targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 0-1 year experience in retail customer service (fashion retail preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with customer-first attitude.
Ability to work in shifts and handle peak-hour rush professionally.
