Graduation (Any Stream) is mandatory Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply Good communication skills (Hindi & English) Basic computer knowledge Versant Level 4 (required)

Roles & Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Assist customers with queries, complaints, and service-related concerns. Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction. Record and maintain complete interaction details in the system. Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the respective department. Achieve assigned performance and productivity targets while adhering to company policies.
