We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Care Support Executive to handle client queries, provide assistance, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves managing customer interactions through calls, emails, and chats, while maintaining a positive brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Provide product/service information and guide customers effectively.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and empathetic service.
Assist in customer retention by maintaining good relationships.
Gather feedback and share insights to improve service quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or diploma (preferred, not mandatory).
Hindi and English language mandatory to speak
Prior experience in customer service/support is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
Positive attitude, patience, and customer-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
