Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Care Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, helping to answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.

Experience: 0 to 2 years, freshers welcome. Working Days: Monday to Friday. Training: Proper training will be provided. Looking For: Individuals with patience and a soft attitude for customer care.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner. Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and a positive attitude. Document all customer interactions accurately in our system. Collaborate with other team members and departments to find solutions and improve our processes. Provide feedback to management on common customer issues to help us enhance our products and services.

Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for people who genuinely enjoy helping others. Strong verbal and written communication skills. The ability to multitask and manage time effectively. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
