Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries related to services and operations
Provide accurate and timely solutions to clients
Maintain proper records of customer interactions
Handle and escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality standards are met
Eligibility & Requirements
0-4 years of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply)
Good communication skills in
English and Hindi
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer knowledge
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
