FRESHERS & EXPERIENCE BOTH CAN APPLY

Role and Responsibilities -

Handle inbound customer queries and complaints over calls and chats

Provide accurate information regarding orders, refunds, exchanges, etc.

Maintain call quality and customer satisfaction

Maintain a professional and helpful tone in all written interactions
