We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented team member who can handle customer communication, admin coordination, and basic inside sales support. This role is critical to ensure smooth daily operations and follow-ups across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support
Respond to customer queries on WhatsApp, Instagram, email & marketplaces
Handle order status updates, returns, delays, and resolution cases
Order Coordination
Generate shipping labels, update tracking details
Work with delivery partners to resolve delivery issues
Coordinate replacement or sample shipments
Admin & Coordination
Maintain inventory, returns, and payment records in Excel/Google Sheets
Follow up with account managers (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Assist with paperwork, reimbursement updates, and team coordination
Call shortlisted candidates for interviews and follow up with new hires
Inside Sales & Lead Follow-up
Respond to IndiaMART and JustDial leads
Follow up on warm leads via WhatsApp/call
Help create and send quotations or basic product info
What We're Looking For:
Good spoken & written communication skills
Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
Organized and proactive, able to follow up without reminders
Willingness to learn and grow into a broader role
Prior experience in D2C, FMCG, or ecommerce is a plus
