Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, promotions, and service-related updates.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the system.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Ensure excellent communication and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months - 1 year of calling/telecalling/customer support experience (Freshers with good communication are welcome).
Good verbal communication skills in
English & Hindi
.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry).
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
