team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle
inbound/outbound customer calls
related to billing inquiries and payment issues.
Verify and process billing information accurately.
Address and resolve customer queries regarding invoices, payment discrepancies, and refunds.
Maintain and update customer account information in the system.
Ensure adherence to
SLA and quality standards
while managing customer interactions.
Identify recurring billing issues and escalate to appropriate teams.
Provide
timely feedback
to improve billing processes and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex billing challenges.
Generate reports related to billing queries, call logs, and resolution metrics.
Maintain professional communication and ensure a
positive customer experience
at all times.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent
spoken and written English communication
skills.
Strong
analytical and problem-solving abilities
.
Ability to work in
US Shifts
.
Familiarity with
billing software and CRM tools
is a plus.
High degree of
accuracy and attention to detail
.
Customer-oriented with
good interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹388,000.00 - ₹490,000.00 per year
