About the Role:
Join MNC as part of the
Credit Card / Retail Banking Voice Process
for US Based Bank. This role involves handling customer queries related to credit cards, providing accurate information, and ensuring excellent customer service for US-based customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls for JPMC Bank's credit card customers.
Assist with card activations, billing queries, transactions, payments, and dispute resolution.
Ensure compliance with process guidelines and US banking standards.
Deliver empathetic, professional, and customer-focused support.
Achieve defined KPIs such as CSAT, AHT, and Quality.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
HSC Pass / Graduate

Minimum
06 months of experience in Customer Service (Voice Process)
required.
Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
Comfortable working in
US Rotational Shifts (Night Shifts)
.
Relieving letter from last organization is mandatory.
UAN-based background verification will be conducted.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary:
Up to ₹35,000 In-hand
+ Incentives/OT.
5 Days Working (Rotational Shifts & Offs).
