We are a leading provider of payment gateway solutions, enabling businesses to accept digital payments securely and efficiently. As we continue to expand our merchant network, we are looking for a dynamic Sales & Customer Service Executive who understands the payment ecosystem and can manage both sales acquisition and client servicing effectively. ? Sales & Business Development: ?
Actively reach out to potential merchants (via calls, emails, and in-person if needed) to pitch payment gateway solutions. ? Understand merchant requirements and recommend appropriate products such as UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, EMI, QR Code, and Payment Links. ? Achieve monthly sales targets by acquiring new merchants across various industries (e-commerce, retail, SaaS, education, etc.) ? Conduct daily follow-ups with leads and prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
? Merchant Onboarding Support: ?
Guide merchants through the KYC documentation and onboarding process. ? Coordinate with the operations and compliance teams to ensure timely activation. ? Ensure merchants are fully set up and trained to use the dashboard and payment tools.
? Required Skills & Qualifications: ?
1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or merchant onboarding within the payment gateway, fintech, or banking sector. ? Strong knowledge of digital payments, merchant onboarding, and KYC norms. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written). ? Comfortable making outbound calls, handling objections, and closing deals. ? Good understanding of digital tools like CRMs, email clients, and productivity apps. ? Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance/Business preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?10,000.05 - ?18,015.34 per month
