We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic

Game Zone Attendant / Arcade Operator

to join our team! You will be the face of our gaming arcade, ensuring customers have a safe, fun, and memorable experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with game operations, game cards/tokens, and general inquiries. Guide guests on how to play games and use machines. Monitor arcade machines for any errors, perform basic troubleshooting, and report malfunctions to the technician/manager. Maintain a clean and organized gaming area, including wiping down machines and resetting games when needed. Ensure all guests follow safety rules and arcade guidelines. Support birthday parties, events, or group bookings when required.

Qualifications Required:

Minimum: 10th or 12th pass Preferred: ITI or Technical Diploma Basic understanding of electronics and mechanical devices is a plus Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and shifts
