As an Costumer Associate you will be responsible for initiating and managing acquisition-related communications with businesses and individuals across the UK, Germany, Ireland, and Canada. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, cultural awareness, and a smart, professional approach. You'll play a key part in securing valuable opportunities and maintaining long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate and maintain communication with potential acquisition targets across multiple regions. Build rapport and negotiate effectively with stakeholders from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds. Conduct market research and due diligence on potential acquisitions. Collaborate with internal departments to align acquisition strategies with company goals. Maintain detailed records of outreach and communications. Represent the company with professionalism and cultural sensitivity in all interactions.

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Proven negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to understand and adapt to different cultural and business environments. Smart, presentable, and confident personality. Self-motivated with a long-term commitment to career growth within the company. Experience in sales, acquisitions, or business development is preferred.
