We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Support Executive
to manage online orders and provide excellent customer service. The role primarily involves confirming customer orders by sharing soft copies via WhatsApp/Email and handling day-to-day store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Confirm online orders by contacting customers through calls, WhatsApp, or email
Share order details and soft copies (invoice/order summary) with customers
Resolve customer queries related to orders, delivery, payments, and returns
Manage and update orders on the online store dashboard
Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams for smooth order processing
Handle order cancellations, modifications, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate customer and order records
Ensure a positive customer experience and high order confirmation rate
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English preferred)
Basic knowledge of online shopping platforms (Shopify preferred)
Ability to handle multiple orders and customers efficiently
Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills
Prior customer support experience is a plus
