We are looking for a candidate who understands
Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)
related processes and can provide effective support to our clients.
The role involves client communication, training, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth usage of DSC across different platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to clients related to
Digital Signature Certificates (DSC)
Handle new DSC applications, renewals, and downloads
Train clients on
DSC installation, signing, token driver, and usage
Resolve client queries via
remote support or phone calls
Make client follow-up and support calls regarding DSC-related issues
Maintain client communication records and updates in the system
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of computers and the internet
Familiarity with
Email, Google Chrome, Remote Desktop, and PDF signing tools
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Positive attitude toward customer handling and problem-solving
Qualification:
Minimum
12th Pass / Graduate
(any stream)
Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
Experience:
Fresher or Experienced
candidates can apply
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in
DSC / Token / Customer Support / IT Support
