Job Overview:
The Customer Assistant Representative will be responsible for providing a smooth customer experience at the jewellery showroom. The role requires assisting walk-in customers, guiding them with product selection, and maintaining professional service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements
Provide product details and guide customers in selecting jewellery items
Maintain display counters and ensure products are arranged neatly
Support the billing and packaging team when required
Maintain customer records and support follow-up activities
Assist in daily showroom operations and cleanliness
Handle customer queries politely and professionally
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth showroom workflow
Required Skills:
Strong communication and customer-handling skills
Presentable personality with a positive attitude
Ability to manage multiple customers at a time
Basic understanding of sales and showroom etiquette
Willingness to learn jewellery product details
Good interpersonal and team collaboration skills
Experience:
Freshers with relevant course OR
Experience in customer service / hospitality preferred

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
