We are looking for an experienced

Australian Inbound Vehicle Insurance Executive

to handle inbound customer calls related to vehicle insurance policies. The ideal candidate will have prior international calling experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently from home in a rotational shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

inbound calls

from Australian customers regarding vehicle insurance inquiries Provide accurate information on insurance products, coverage, premiums, renewals, and policy modifications Assist customers with policy-related queries and resolve issues efficiently Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance with company guidelines Accurately document call details and customer interactions in internal systems Meet quality, productivity, and performance benchmarks set by the organization
Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 2 years of international calling experience

(preferably Australian insurance process)

Freshers will not be entertained

Strong verbal communication skills in English Good listening and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently in a

work-from-home

setup
Work Schedule

6 days a week

Rotational shifts

(as per business requirements)
Technical & Infrastructure Requirements

Must have

own laptop/desktop

in good working condition

Stable and high-speed internet connection

Preferred Skills

Prior experience in

Australian vehicle insurance

or related insurance processes Customer-centric approach with attention to detail Ability to handle calls professionally and confidently

Pay: ?24,517.04 - ?27,000.00 per month
