Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls related to vehicle insurance queries and policy support.
Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with customers.
Update and maintain accurate customer information in internal systems.
Achieve daily/weekly performance goals related to quality and service levels.
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service standards.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in an
international voice-based customer support role
.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
are mandatory.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Must have a
laptop or desktop

headphones/headset
, and a
stable internet connection
.
Flexibility to work
rotational Australian shifts
.
Willing to work
7 days a week with 1 weekly off
