Customer Care Executive
to support mall operations and ensure smooth coordination between retailers, customers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle retailer concerns and coordinate with relevant departments
Prepare and analyze daily/weekly operational reports
Organize events for patrons and retail partners
Coordinate with MEP, Security, Housekeeping, Parking & Project teams
Support fit-out work, snag reporting, and renovation coordination
Manage compliance documentation with government departments
Assist in rent, CAM, and utilities collection
Oversee parking operations and staff management
Maintain records, operational checklists, and SOPs
Requirements:
Graduate (MBA preferred)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficient in MS Office
2-5 years of experience in retail/mall operations
Minimum age: 25 years
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹11,283.88 - ₹28,311.26 per month
