Stay updated on industry trends and technologies, identifying innovative solutions to enhance our product offerings and maintain our competitive advantage. Conduct thorough analysis and research to identify pain points and opportunities, developing actionable plans to address these challenges. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement. Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Must-Have:

A Bachelor's / Master's degree or equivalent with 9+years of experience and proven track record of success in a customer-facing role, with a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to build strong relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Nice-to-Have:


Experience in a similar role within the technology or consulting industry, with a focus on solution architecture or customer success. A background in project management, with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams. Proficiency in industry-specific software or tools relevant to the role. A passion for continuous learning and a commitment to staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
