We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Banking Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound customer calls and promoting relevant banking products.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and service requests on inbound calls
Upsell banking products including:
Debit and Credit Card upgrades
EMI conversion on credit card dues
Loan top-ups (Home Loan / Personal Loan)
Insurance products
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduates and Undergraduates can apply
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Good communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory
Shift Details:
Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM
6 days working with rotational weekly offs
Dress Code:
Monday to Friday: Formal
Saturday and Sunday: Semi-casual
Salary and Benefits:
Salary up to ₹25,000 CTC per month
