We are looking for a Customer and Client Relations Executive to manage, nurture, and enhance relationships with our key clients. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth through effective communication, problem-solving, and collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing, maintaining, and nurturing strong relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service issues, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Understanding client needs and business goals to provide tailored solutions and services aligned with their expectations.
- Coordinating with internal teams to meet client requirements and resolve issues.
- Monitoring client satisfaction through regular check-ins, feedback collection, and performance reporting.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
- Preparing and presenting client reports, updates, and proposals.
- Managing client onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and effective communication about company offerings.
- Keeping detailed records of client interactions, agreements, and progress in CRM systems.
- Handling conflict resolution and escalating issues to senior management when necessary.
