About the internship
Selected day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide support to end customers through emails and online chats by handling customer requests and queries
2. Understand the international environment in the context of customer support and provide solutions to end customers acceptable against globally recognized standards
3. Sustain and build a professional rapport with the clients
4. Work with internal departments to meet customers\' needs
Who can apply:
1. Proficient in comprehending and solving end customers\' queries and good command of the English language, especially written
2. Ability to work in rotational shifts
3. Anyone with a zeal to learn, having a good command of the English language
Additional Information: Female candidates are required to work in day shift (11:30 am to 8:00 pm), as per business requirements.
